Renters’ Rights

As a result of the national “Renters’ Rights” campaign, the Government have been forced to scrap letting fees. Lib Dem councillor, Steve Ayris, carried out a Renters’ Survey in Woodseats and had a great response. The responses fed straight into the national campaign which changed Government policy. Anyone for tennis?

Following calls by your local councillors for investment, plans are afoot to renovate the majority of tennis courts off Charles Ashmore Road in Graves Park. Building on a successful long term partnership, the Lawn Tennis Association has given the funding, with work set to start in November.
