Renters’ Rights

As a result of the national “Renters’ Rights” campaign, the Government have been forced to scrap letting fees. Lib Dem councillor, Steve Ayris, carried out a Renters’ Survey in Woodseats and had a great response. The responses fed straight into the national campaign which changed Government policy.
